The 10-POINT SYSTEM: Advancement out of Pool Play is determined by a 10-point maximum system
        • 6 points for a win
        • 3 points for a draw
        • 1 point for each goal that you score, up to a maximum of 3
        • 1 point for a shut-out.
Blow out Penalty - If a team runs up a score differential of +5 or more a one penalty point will be assessed against that team.

TIE-BREAKERS: If two or more teams have the same number of points in Pool Play, then the tiebreakers are:

        • Head-to-Head
        • Least amount of goals allowed
        • Goal differential (with a maximum of +5 per game (to prevent scores from being run up)) If a team runs up a score differential of +5 or more a penalty point will be assessed against that team.
        • Most shutout wins
        • A special Shoot-out (PK's)
        • Tournament Director's Decision.
REFEREE PARKING

We appreciate all of our referee volunteers helping out for the pilot cup tournament.
There will be designated parking for referees by the snack bar area
There will be a volunteer monitoring the parking area, just let them know you are a referee.
There will be a map attached and you will see that you will have to come in through Costa Mesa high school to come into the drop off/referee parking are.
Thank you all very much
